About TFL, Incorporated

TFL was established in 1977 as a supplier of industrial products in the Gulf Cost region.  Our initial product line included a refractory anchoring system for wear-resistant linings called Hex-steel, or Lance Grid.  In 1981, TFL began its long affiliation with Plibrico Company, a world leader in monolithic refractories.  TFL typically ranks as one of Plibrico’s top distributors and in 2006 was named “Number One Distributor”, selling over 5 million pounds of Plibrico products.

While refractory material sales remain a major part of our business today, we continue to grow into new and exciting areas.  In recent years, TFL has become a major supplier of quality precast refractory shapes for our region.  Our manufacturing facilities are well suited for handling shapes of all sizes, and our design capabilities ensure that performance goals are met with the shapes we supply.   

Our 12,000 square-foot facilities enable us to inventory a wide variety of refractory materials, including firebrick, insulating brick, insulating blanket, block, board, and refractory anchors.

As a complement to our refractory services, TFL also provides infrared thermography.  We utilize the state of the art infrared camera and software to assist our customers with condition monitoring of their refractory linings, electrical systems and numerous other applications.

    

TFL is led by Emory Laningham, who has over 20 years of experience in the refractory industry.  Emory received his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University in 1984.		Emory Laningham, President
Paul Fisher, Vice President		Paul Fisher joined TFL in 1985.  He is a Professional Engineer registered in the state of Texas, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1982.
	TFL’s inside sales and administrative functions are overseen by Kimberly Tadlock, who has been with our company for over 15 years.  Kimberly’s experience in refractories and her enthusiastic customer service have made her a real asset to our company, and to our customers!	Kimberly Tadlock
Troy Fondon		Troy Fondon manages our warehouse and our shipping and receiving department. He also is head of our precast shape manufacturing department. Troy has been with TFL for over 10 years.
	Julie Laningham manages all accounting functions in our company, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Julie is also a Certified Public Accountant.	Julie Laningham
