TFL utilizes the advanced Indigo Systems TVS 620 infrared imaging system to assist our clients with refractory condition monitoring and to provide assistance with maintenance overhaul planning.

Our reporting features both a video record of the survey as well as printed pages which clearly show the problem areas in detail, with a descriptive text and color-defined temperature scale.

Using the latest in computer equipment and color printing capabilities, TFL can normally complete our report on-site within hours of our scan.

Video can be viewed by you instantaneously and further reporting can also be transmitted to you electronically via the internet or your intranet.

Infrared imaging provides you with a "look inside" to help identify problem areas and potential hotspots which may need attention. This information can be used to more accurately plan for upcoming outages.
